Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.

bWe use USPS to deliver our orders.

Order Tracking
If the shipping carrier provides a tracking number, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be for your order. You may at that time decline to place your order.

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

  • • Merchandise must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
  • • Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund.
